I believe in using a multi- modality approach to teaching. The more senses involved, the more likely one will remember. During my years at The Ohio State University, I earned a B.A. in Psychology, and completed a year and a half of Masters work in Social Work. After completing my B.A., I was hired as a professional tutor. I tutored college students in various subjects including English and essay writing, Psychology, Reading, some Spanish, and Social Studies.
I love working with children, and feel that I can relate to them because I struggled in my early school years.
