A Little Bit About Me...

20 year corporate management and 15 years of individual owner business experience. Presently own a finance company. 10 years International living experience. Teaching experience at the University of Iowa as a graduate instructor for undergraduate Management courses. Strength of educational experience is math, finance, economics and accounting, social science and political science. Presentation and test passing skills - yes it is a skill.
I have expectations that the student wants to learn and to achieve. I have all the time in the world for those who make the effort. Having lived overseas on two occasions and having run several businesses in many environments, I have a diversified experience base to relate authentic examples to the educational setting. A Little Bit About Me...

I love helping people to see the other side of things, and understand how simple complex systems can be. Mainly, I like to inspire thought, and provoke an individual learning style in all those I mentor. In language and English, I believe reading diversity are key, in math I instill a grasp for formulas so that the child merely hast to insert numbers and follow routine, In history it's important to relate to today's issues and follow up boring facts with interesting relational occurrences.
