I work as a substitute teacher for 4 years, French is my first language. I can help with a lot of basics but my experience is mostly with French and English as a second language. French is one of my top subjects! I was born in Belgium, small trilangual country of Western Europe. I lived in Paris for 25 years and came to the States 7 years ago. I understand perfectly well how difficult the French language seems some time. I can help you little by little thinking French and even having fun in French. As a pride mother of 2 magificant French daughters I helped them with lessons and home work. Once in the work force I always helped newly hired colleagues. In between jobs and college I volunteered at Mercy hospital and at the Reptile Zoo in Miami, Fl. Once I started my medic classes at City College, I often stayed after class time to help students with their home work especialy in the algebra class. During my last job as an EMT I teached my partners the basics of the French language because they loved my French accent and they were eager to impress their friends.

French is one of my top subjects! I went to a French elementary school, attended a bilingual secondary school where courses were taught in both French and English, and I studied in a mostly French university for a Bsc in Economics . That in part tells you how versed I am in this subject in terms of grammar, vocabulary, French and francophone culture (francophonie), spoken and written French etc...I passed both the Praxis exams in French-Content Knowledge(182),and French world language (181).

My top subject is French . I was taught not only French but other courses such as mathematics, history, geography, biology, economics, civil education, statistics etc... in French. Immediately I graduated from the University of Yaoundé, Cameroon, I was assigned to teach French to Anglophone secondary schools students ( Form 1 to 5)instead of my major, Economics.
