Most recently I taught private saxophone, flute, clarinet and keyboard lessons in Rochester, NY at the Eastman Community School and in Spencerport, NY at Dori's Music Studio. While working on my Masters Degree at Eastman I was a TA and taught several Jazz Performance Workshop classes. Keyboard is one of my top subjects! I am a music therapist with my bachelors degree in Music (piano performance)

I graduated from Penn State as a music major (piano) and immediately pursued a career in Music Therapy. I practiced as a Masters level board certified music therapist for 14+ years within the psychiatric/behavioral health population, child through adult. These past 2 years I have stayed home with my 2 daughters, now 2 and 3 and am excited to help others again part time and in a different fashion than I have been doing.
I appreciate structure with built in flexibility. I expect people to practice and put effort into their work. I believe my training as a therapist is an asset as I am passionate about helping others and I have the training to do so
