I currently provide care for 6 children (3 different families) which range in age from 14 months to 9 years old, one of which is autistic. As a 22 year veteran teacher and now a Children's Director of Ministry, I have worked in most all capacities with children and feel that God gave me this gift. I feel that all children learn differently and at their own pace and therefore learning should be adjusted to fit their needs. I feel that even the most "boring" subjects can be made fun and I have several techniques that I use to accomplish this task! Most subjects are like puzzles.
