For grammar, I would either find or create my own practice materials and we could go over whatever is necessary until I've decided that the student is making improvements or the student has succeeded.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have experience working with adults but I love working with children as well. I have the ability to manipulate the way I teach that will maximize the learning for each individual. I'm am a very personal and creative person thats wants everyone to succeed in their academics.
While studying for my undergrad in economics I found a passion in helping others succeed as I was. I often held study sessions with groups ranging from 2- 10 people at least twice a week. When during these sessions if an individual felt lost, I would often meet with them at a later date to coach them separately. I have yet to receive a further degree in teaching but may be a path a may take. It is such a wonderful feeling to succeed at academics and I love to help others experience that.

A Little Bit About Me...

A not so great student, I found that I still loved learning. I love stories in all forms. I have a degree in History from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I love politics and history, and found Library Science a natural extension of history and political science. Thus I now have a Masters degree in Library Science. Additionally I have always loved working with Youth, so my specialization in Youth Services. Also I have experience working with Youth as a Sunday School Teacher, a Boy Scout Assistant Leader and a Teaching Internship. As such I look forward to tutoring others in loving stories.
