My comments on tutoring Physics : Earned an A in Phy 4a, 4b, and 4c at Fresno city college and Fresno State, all physics for scientists and engineers.

I have very little experience in tutoring. I do however, have a B.A chem degree and graduated Summa Cum Laude. I can bring this experience to help others achieve what I have. I really is not that hard. I just takes lots of time, dedication, and sacrifice. I do have experience working with groups of other students, and have been giving out good study advice for years. My motto is one that I adapted from my high school, which is learn by doing. Most students aren't auditory learners, so if I simply spout off a bunch of facts or a mathematical process, then chances are they won't learn anything. After laying the foundation first, the best method of learning is for the student to actually do it themselves.
