You have to be odd to be number one!

In the future, I want to work with kids, helping them to become successful and self expressive. Professional but friendly English ESOL teacher

Teaching experience in class environments and one-to one is over 7 years. I'm one of those lucky ones who loves their profession! I'm a friendly but demanding tutor students feel comfortable to learn with. I also speak Russian, German, some Spanish and a little bit Italian. I tried a modern form of teaching in the beginning of 2011 - teaching online, it's very creative and convenient. If you live close, we can have lessons in person, at the library or at home.
Depending on the area we need to work, the focus of the lesson will vary, but more often my students need all four skills to develop (speaking, listening, writing and reading). My teaching style is teaching the student how he/she best learns. How to be organized, and to plan ahead for projects, and how to do homework each night. If necessary and if the school's text book system has lessons on the computer, I can bring my own laptop.

IF YOU LEARN TO MASTER SKILLS THEN YOU CAN MASTER A SUBJECT

I have been helping to tutor my daughter who is 17 years old now but has suffered from ADHD most of her life. She has always especially struggled in math which is one of my strongest subjects. She is getting ready now to dual enroll into the local college. At 39 years old, I decided to go back to school and get a degree.
