A Little Bit About Me...

I have been tutoring grades K-9 for quite a few years. I've also taught a preschool class while in high school. I am currently majoring in Early Childhood Education and Special education at Clarion University of Pennsylvania. While I am not a teacher by profession, I have successfully tutored a variety of leraners in a variety of subjects, primarily math, english, science. I am the mother of 3 children, two with college degrees and one currently in college. I am a 14 year old student at the Butler Intermediate High School. I have very good communication skills and am very advanced in school. I enjoy helping others with their school work; whether it is studying for an exam, helping with homework, or simply learning more about a subject I love to help. It definitely is important to combine styles. I use direct instruction, as well as guided instruction, and groupwork.
