A Little Bit About Me...

I truly enjoy teaching children and I know for a fact that each child learns at a different rate as well as a different way. I am sure I am able to accommodate all of these ways. It is up to the adults to teach children the productiveness of today. I believe that it is up to people like myself to do such a thing. I do believe that every child can and will meet their potential if were are to give them the correct learning experience. I have and will continue to strive to make a difference in the lives of all my students.
I have earned a bachelor degree in mathematics. While doing so, I have taken many educational classes that has taught the different ways kids learn. I am sure that I will be able to help these kids in their moment of need.

I discovered the value of education when I was a junior in college. I discovered that I wanted to provide students with the educational support that I never received, or I never took advantage of. I started majoring in biology when I was accepted at The Metropolitan State College of Denver. When I was at Colorado State University, I realized that I would rather teach science than work in a lab. Therefore, I transfered to a school that was more student oriented. I discovered that the reason I fell in love with biology is because of the professors I had. I want to create that same inspiration and drive in my students that inspired me.
