As an Honor roll student, a student on the Dean's list I was lucky to have graduated early. I taught six graders through opelia. I have also tutored a master's Student through her Statistics. Currently tutoring a student via online on her Senior Algebra for her Liberal Arts degree. I will hold a BA degree come december of 2010. Where I then plan to student teach and obtain a teaching certification.
I use all the main teaching tools. Both hands on and visually for those students who need different tools. I love to interact with children and adults helping them through their classes to better their future. I also enjoy having a hand in their future success. I like to take the time to learn about the student themselves, and try to understand the problem specific to the individual. I think learning should be fun and approached in a way that puts little pressure on the student. A complete understanding requires an environment in which the student can personally relate to on an everyday basis.
Over the course of my education, I have developed a strong understanding of math and science courses. In addition, I have a passion for the arts, psychology and management.
