While I was in High School I tutored Elementary students in reading, spelling, science and social studies in all grades. I also tutored high school students in English and math to pass school entry exams. I had a 100% passing rate! During my University career I tutored students in Micro and Macro Economics, all maths, Spanish and Machine Dynamics and Control. I've also received training on how to use different tools to tutor students that understand at different levels. Most important topics and topics not well understood get time and individualized priority. Offer a challenge test at the end. Harder than the test students will face but no so hard as to lower self steem.

A Little Bit About Me...

Over the years I have had the opportunity to tutor students of all ages in English, reading, reading comprehension & Spanish. I have also taught Spanish to elementary and high school students and to adults in night classes in our community.I have earned a BA in Spanish which has enabled me to gain a thorough understanding of the Spanish language and culture. Also in earning my Psychology Minor and through my classes in the education department I have become very aware of attitudes and behaviors which have helped me to better understand the psyche of students.
