I am currently a student at the university of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where I am majoring in early childhood education with a minor in speech pathology. I am working full time as the head aftercare teacher at hickory valley Christian school where I work with elementary school children. My comments on tutoring Elementary Math : I have taught Kindergarten, 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade, and 5th Grade. I am certified K-6th grade. I also taught advanced and Intermediate math and language arts in a GED/HiSet program. I currently teach ESOL/CIVICS for an Adult School.

A Little Bit About Me...

I enjoy tutoring and mentoring students. It is very rewarding to be able to help a student understand concepts that at first may seem complex. I do not believe negative criticism can help a child learn; I like to encourage students.
