Japanese is one of my top subjects! I am a White born in Springfield Missouri male. At the age of 2 went to Japan with my parents who were missionaries. I lived in Nagoya till I graduated from Nagoya International High School. While in High school, I taught English to Japanese children and adults. While at Boeing I was the Japanese interpreter.

I grew up in Japan from 2 years old and learned to speak fluent Japanese. My parents were missionaries. I grew up in Nagoya. My fluent Japanese is just like a Japanese would talk. When I worked at Boeing, I was the Customer Service rep for All Nippon Airways and Japan Airlines. I also served as a Japanese interpreter.
I am a mature person so my teaching style would be traditional.

My style is relaxed and informal, but effective. School already provides enough structure, and with a relaxed mind, information can be processed more easily. 1 hour sessions multiple times a week is the best way for the information to sink in.
I have held informal teaching positions throughout my entire life. I have tutored everything from pre-algebra to Calculus to Piano. I'm currently employed as an after school tutor for middle school students, 6th grade to 8th, and independently tutor on Saturdays.
