My teaching style is flexible to the student’s needs. Initially, I access at what level the student is currently performing and the best way they absorb information. My lesson plans are often individually tailored to the interests of the student. For instance, If I have a student who hates to read, I find reading material on a subject they do enjoy (such as Professional Wrestling).
