I believe that each child has their own individual style of learning. Every child learns in a different way and therefore can definitely benefit from individual attention. The best way to help children learn and grow is by gradually encouraging them to love to learn. One of my techniques as an educator is to search for ways that each child can connect with their work and their learning so that they begin to want to learn.

No two students learn the same way and if the student is not learning the teacher is just as responsible as the student.
