In graduate school, I developed a management style, Egalitarian Leadership. The faculty encouraged me to submit my paper to Harvard Business School. Currently, I am writing a middle school age novel. Prior to this, I wrote a newspaper column for two years in California. I also score state proficiency tests for Pearson Educational Measurement, K-12.

For me, teaching is the most rewarding experience you could ask for. I love to teach, whether its an elementary student, high school student, or even someone in their college years. Patience is the most important thing to keep in mind when tutoring. Many people just keep talking a pushing when a student just isn't getting it.
