Musical is one of my top subjects! As a Product and Project Manager with over 10 years of cumulative experience managing software, web and video game products to market, I offer students real-world perspectives and exercises to prepare them for real-world design, production, quality assurance, leadership and marketing careers. I tend to teach the concepts that are not found in textbooks and always challenge my students to think critically.
In both my technical business and music coaching backgrounds, I take two different approaches: - In a group class, I teach structured lessons with engaging group exercises where possible and time for Q&A. - In individual coaching, I assess each learner's intrinsic motivations (mastery, learning, recognition, etc.) for taking the lessons and then structure assignments that apply to and challenge these motivators.

Upon my decision to return to college and obtain my BS degree, it was discovered that I possessed an uncanny, natural talent involving all aspects of the studies surrounding English. Reading, comprehension, symbolism, poetry, creative writing, poise, maturitym ,ect. After that placement exam, it was decided that I did not have to take any English courses, or, I would take more advanced courses. I did choose the latter. Throughout the last 10 years, I have helped my husband, brother, all of my children, etc. I have tutored them on how to write a well developed paper on their topic of choice, and have it read showing the expertise of the writer.
