I have gained knowledge in most of the sub-sets on those subjects as well as High School or College entry level in most other academic subjects. Dr. Segal taught us that traditional teaching methods are outmoded. Therefore I came to my own conclusion that as a teacher I would allow my students to confront me on their terms and make the learning experience as relaxed as possible. Students won't learn anything if A) the environment is unsuited to them and B) if you jump down their throat over every little thing. The important question to ask them is "why?" or "what do you think?" In regards to myself teaching is an avenue that I am considering and thus a bit of real tutoring would give me a taste of how I should go about teaching in the future.

I feel if that you really want to learn a subject, that you should try teaching it. I am very friendly and laid back. I try to instill humor and life experiences with my teachings to help the children relate to me or the materials. I love the look of child when the wheels are turning in thier head.
