I received my Bachelor's Degree in Education in 1983 from Auburn University. I received my Master's Degree in Education from Troy State University at Montgomery in 1990. I am a retired classroom teacher with over 35 years of experience. I have taught in all grades in elementary school as well as college classes online and on campus. My area of expertise is reading. During most of my years of teaching, I worked in a "self-contained" classroom setting so I was responsible for teaching all subject areas in the grade level.
