I am a visual learner and work well with other visual learners. I simplify the topic for the student for easy explanation and understanding, so we can then build upon the foundation for more in-depth understanding. I have a passion for teaching others and spreading my knowledge- I enjoy not only helping a student to understand, but to also become a mentor. I spent my undergraduate career preparing to enter Veterinary School. I love the sciences and I thought this was what I wanted to do. After graduation, however, I discovered that this was not the path I was meant to take; I was meant to pass on my love of learning and teach. I entered the education system as a substitute and, after that year, I became a full time high school teacher.
