Children are our future. I believe that all children have something wonderful to offer the community. A Little Bit About Me...

I have recently graduated from Lyon College with a degree in mathematics and a 4.0. From this I have achieved a high level of excellence and performance. Also, I worked as a math tutor for Lyon College in the learning center and as a math tutor for Cedar Ridge High School after school during my time in college. Along with these positions, I did some private tutoring for some fellow students and a high school student in the area. I began my educational goals as a medical student, but later was advised that I should branch off into teaching and instructional applications by undergraduate and graduate professors.I'm so glad I took their advice because I really enjoy teaching and observing growth and development in my students. My teaching experience include 15.5 years of teaching biology, chemistry, environmental science, earth science, physical science, and algebra I and II.
