A Little Bit About Me...

From the time I was 16 years old I have worked around children, teaching them and trying to create positive experiences. I chose to go into teaching because of this. I earned my BS in Elementary Education where my education program required me to work three to four hours a week in a classroom learning from an experienced teacher. Upon graduating college my first teaching position was in the sixth grade where I taught the core subjects. After teaching sixth grade for one year I moved to a fifth grade classroom. I have taught fifth grade for the past four years. During this time I also earned my MA in Learning and Technology. In fifth grade I teach the core subjects.
