My first experiences in the educational field involve tutoring middle-school-age students in various subjects in an after-school enrichment program called Prime Time, through the City of Riverside. A few years later, I completed my BA in Liberal Studies, and with the passage of the CBEST and CSET, was able to begin substitute teaching. After about 1 year of subbing for 4 districts, I decided to attain my teaching credential.
