My approach to tutoring is to work with the students to learn how to apply new concepts and information to problem solving. I obtained a strong liberal arts education where I was able to experience and learn about a wide range of academic topics. However, I have a strong focus and specialization in the sciences with a BA in both Biology and Chemistry with a Mathematics minor. I taught English in Korea; the first 5 months being beginner English (to preschool to fourth graders) and the last 7 months I taught actual subjects children in America learn but at advanced levels (from 3rd grade to late middle school).
