Loads of ASVAB success stories, I'm on multiple websites.

Hi! While I love tutoring, this particular site charges for contact, which I am not in a position to support. I am, however, also easy to find on a rivaling website (ends in ANT), just look for the ASVAB tutor in Muskegon who has been rated and reviewed. My pet project for years has been my ASVAB tutoring program. I began helping men and women get through the ASVAB test in 1998 (when I enlisted) and over time I developed a tutoring system that has been applied to dozens of successful military applicants. In reality, though, I've been tutoring longer than that. I helped tutor younger children when I was in middle school and I continued to tutor and mentor in a variety of arenas for the next twenty years. My comments on tutoring Math : I have taken four semesters of Calculus at Grand Rapids Community College and now use the material at the Grand Valley College of Engineering. I have kept up my proficiency in previous courses by tutoring students in those courses. I enjoy teaching the subject now that I know the theory behind it.

From my experience as a math student, I have seen that the best approach to teaching math is to make it highly step-by-step. My teaching style is highly logical, making sure the student understands the process for themselves. I can teach using words or pictures and adjust the pace according to the ability of the student.
My experience as a tutor began with my younger sister. When she was a sophomore, then later a junior, I taught her Algebra 2 and, later, Functions Statistics and Trigonometry. She passed both classes, remaining on the honor roll. My next tutoring experience was in tutoring my fifth-grade cousin. At the end of two months, he won the math award at his school. Since then, I have tutored students in College Algebra, High School Algebra, Basic Math, and Junior High Algebra. I have enjoyed this experience immensely and have seen positive results.
