I believe in positive encouragement and support, while working through difficulties with a 'can do' attitude on my part which then becomes, with reinforcement and consistency, the belief of the child. Encouraging curiosity and problem solving gives children the tools to succeed in many areas outside as well as inside the classroom. My goal is to leave a smile on their face, a feeling of success in their heart, and the knowledge that they did learn something that day!
