I am enthralled with structures and functions of organisms and continuously intrigued with revelations of newly discovered mechanisms. I find gratification in getting a student to understand a concept being taught and in their expression of the lesson learned. My teaching experiences were acquired while obtaining my Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry and during graduate level coursework. A Little Bit About Me...

I will be graduating in less than a week with a bachelor's degree in General Biology from Auburn University at Montgomery. Though my interest lies mostly in the zoology and conservation fields, unfortunately AUM does not offer these as specific fields of study. During my studies I acted as a private tutor for a senior in high school struggling with geometry and some algebra. I consider this quite a rewarding experience which only strengthened my desire to teach high school sciences, specifically conservation studies and human anatomy later in life.
