Grandmother with Open Heart & Open Mind

On the professional end, I was an accountant (CFO type) for a very long time. My most recent "job," though, was publishing a natural health magazine (4 years). I teach with lots of love, high expectations, and humor!
I've been an elementary school teacher for 10 years. I have a master's degree in education and am certified in the state of NC for K-6 education. I have taught and tutored kindergarten-5th grade. I am also Orton Gillingham certified. I am very hands-on - I use games just as much as traditional teaching methods.
