I have taught Spanish as well as tutored people in Spanish, music (guitar) and English composition. Also, I have some experience with teaching English as a Second Language. I taught beginning level Spanish to 8-12 graders for one year. I have tutored three different individuals in music (guitar) and love helping people to find out how to be creative in their pursuit of music. My philosophy has always been, "make it interesting and they will learn." However, what is interesting to you and I may not be interesting to the next person. Therefore, I listen to the child and figure out their learning style and interests. Only then can I properly teach and know they understand the subject matter. Since childhood, my hunger for knowledge has driven me to study and learn about almost as much as I possibly could.
