I worked for a college level school in Mexico(Conalep)for 5 years,use to teach Math,Biology, Pnewmatic, Hydraulic, and in the past years I work in diferent levels of comunity teaching conferences for my hispanic neighbords. I believe that knowledge should not be imparted to students in a way that is stressful. Rather students should be helped to understand the world from their own phenomenological vantage points and day to day experience. I feel that my style of teaching is student centered. I am a facilitator to the learning process. Any student who chooses to learn can and will, however some students need more motivation than others. Thus, I take the time to hear about and understand what my students know and more importantly do not know and want or need to know. I also want to know how my students learn best before I start teaching them. In a general classroom setting, I try to ensure I do something for all learners.
