28 years of tutoring for SAT. 15 years for ACT, GMAT, GRE, LSAT, etc. I have devised unique guessing strategies for multiple choice tests that by themselves have significantly raised students' scores. Co-workers and administrators have described me as caring and creative. I have become highly effective in teaching strategies during 25 years of teaching. My formal education began in New York. At the time, writing was my first love, yet I had a strong desire to teach as well. I combined both passions by majoring in English with an Education minor, and earned my B.A. in 1984.
