I have taught virtually every subject at every level (K-12) over the course of 25 yrs. It has been my conviction to provide every student with the best education possible, regardless of the subject; thus, I have taken numerous post-graduate courses, and I possess a personal library of approximately 4,000 books. I am particularly interested in and concerned about teaching students to read. I have read extensively and done some successful tutoring in this area.

I am a firm believer that every teaching relationship is an opportunity for all involved to learn (and that includes the instructor!). My goal is to teach others how to become effective communicators not only in the realm of the classroom, but in everyday life as well.
