A Little Bit About Me...

I hold the personal belief that, “All children are special and learn differently. Each possesses the right and the ability to learn. It is my responsibility to ensure that all children receive the knowledge and tools necessary to reach their full potential.” I think learning needs to be presented in different ways for children to learn because I do not think there is one “right” way to learn. Since not all people learn the same, I try to make sure that I can think of fun, creative, and unique methods for presenting materials. As an educator I can provide homework help, create supplemental lessons to fill-in gaps in learning, and help ensure your child is at grade level.

I love teaching, and get along great with student, parents, and other teachers. I am constantly searching for ways to make learning easier and a better fit for the student. That is why I feel it is important to be knowledgable on computer technology and having the ability to know where to find what is needed. I am in contact with other teachers of various subjects as well in order to gain their suggestions and input to problem areas.
