Children tend to respond to someone who is fun and friendly, instead of a person who chooses not to connect with students in this way. I am very passionate about learning and teaching what I have learned to others. I think if you can get a child interested in a subject he or she will be more willing to learn and enjoy his or her work more because he or she is personally benefiting from it.
