My comments on tutoring Chemistry : Can help up to high school level

I have experience in all of the fields that are listed. Most of the skills I have acquired were either through learning them during my time at school or through doing personal research because they interested me. I have done some tutoring in the computer/i.t field as a side job. Chess has been one of my favorite things to learn. My experience with chess has been a regional tournament where I made it to the last-round of the semi-finals.
I am a very hands-on teacher. I try to help students by showing them how it is done and then letting them practice.

My comments on tutoring Chemistry : I wish my high school Chemistry teacher taught me additional material. I can tutor students from what a mole is? to the periodic table, chemical reactions, etc.

I have 4 years of mathematics in the high school level and I have two years of math at the college level. I love teaching Algebra or Calculus. Complex subjects such as chemistry can be overwhelming to some students and I believe that the best way to teach these subjects is to give the student a firm understanding of the whole concept and then concentrate on the specifics. Finding a way to relate a concept to a student is key.
