I have been a teacher for nearly 14 years. I have enjoyed elementary school. The children like the way I teach them all their subjects that are needed. Many times I have taken students who have problems with various subjects and them have elevated themselves for a better understanding of the subject they had trouble with. As a current undergraduate chemistry and honors student at Arcadia University, I was recommended to become a tutor from several of my teachers my first year in college. I became a certified CRLA tutor and started tutoring my sophomore year of college; I've been tutoring ever since. I tutor chemistry, biology, math (beginner algebra, statistics, calculus I and II), and calculus based physics.
I love working with students and teaching them something new. The best feeling is when someone understands a concept that they didn't before; when something "clicks" for a student, I feel as if my job as a tutor was done.
