Some students learn better by hearing the concept. It is helpful for them to first have a conversation about what the subject matter is, and how it is used, and then proceed to the actual lessons. In all my years of teaching, I came to the realization that every child is different . When it comes to teaching, I like to learn a little about the child first. Then once I know everything I need to know, I go by what interests the child and I use that to teach them . Although sometimes it is not as simple, I do what ever it is that I have to do to ensure that the child is learning .
