Hello! I am a research chemist working at Clemson University. I received my doctorate at University of Chicago in 2019 in the physical sciences. I tutored Math, Science, Algebra, Calculus, Chemistry, and Biology. I taught college level General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry classes as well as tutoring 1-on-1 and group sessions. I also have experience working with elementary and middle school students working as a nanny, helping with homework, literature, writing, math, and science projects. If it doesn't seem to be taking then I start to break the problems down into simple steps and explain each step until the student understands. I also try to relate the material to them so they can relate to the material on a more personal level so that the information will stick with them better.
