I wouldn't have a "professional" description for teaching style as my education was solidly based in the sciences. However, I believe that by teaching intuitive thought processes and critical thinking skills, students can easily adapt to the tasks given be they in science or liberal arts.
While planning for a career in medicine, I obtained a BS in biology with a minor in Chemistry. During the application and acceptance process I was an adjunct faculty member at a local technical college. My courses taught were remedial Algebra, biology, and anatomy and physiology. During the hours between classes I was a paid Tutor in the college's learning assistance center.

A Little Bit About Me...

I like to get to know the weaknesses of each of my students to get a common ground with them first. Then i try to break down the subject as simple as i can. I like to work with all ages. I know that all students are bright and different in some kind of way; therefore, to me I think all students can learn. I really care about each of my students. I seem to have worked in the education field from the very beginning. I started out in preschools, and most recently have been teaching at the college level. I have taught every age in between. I am very skilled at not only grammar, but also the elements of composition.
