I have lead many training sessions dealing with a multitude of different topics. I do my homework, and make sure I am fully prepared before any training session. Peole dont lean in the same ways. I take an individual approach. I get to know the person, ther likes and dislikes, which gives me some knowledge on how to approach the lesson. I love working with people. I love watching people learn it is a great accomplishment.
Through out junior high and I high school I have tutrored fellow students in the area of math, from basic to geometry, trig and calculus.
