Everyone learns in different ways so it's important to me that I get to know the students first. That way I can differentiate the lessons for each student. I have also learned that students are more engaged when it's a subject matter that they care about. Of course it's not realistic that this will always be the case. I am currently enrolled in highschool but I tutored many of my cousins for the past several years so I'm great with young kids!
