My beliefs are that all children can learn, however, they must learn at their own pace and in their own way. This may mean being extremely patient and empathetic, not sympathetic, to their needs and using their strengths to build confidence while using their weaknesses to set goals. I have always loved children. Children are precious and all have very unique learning techniques. When I was a senior at Maryville High School, I taught Spanish to first graders. My partner and I were in charge of making lesson plans and fulfilling these plans for each class. I really enjoyed seeing the children get excited about learning.
