I have tutored for Title I Schools (k-8) in the Dysart School District since the beginning of 2008. I have also worked as a Special Ed assistant. I have experience working with students grade level k-8. I specialize in working with learning disabled students in the areas of language arts and reading. I believe teaching style is dictated by the student. I have noticed that some take to hands on training better or repeating of the process till it is learned. I like to teach a subject and have the student repeat it back to me when I am done to make sure they have learned anything from what I have just said.
