Memorization, cognitive recall and hands on activities
I taught Quantitative Analysis lab for 3 years at Texas Women's University. I have many students that still contact me and thank me for my help. They said I would have made a great teacher. I also teach and train in my current job as a surgical tech. I believe in the "hands on" approach to learning. I graduated from New Mexico State University in December 2000. I have a New Mexico Teaching License in Mathematics, Agriculture and Science. I have taught 9-12 grade General Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II, Honors Geometry, Geometry and Business Math. I would stay every day for lunch and after school to tutor my students as well as their friends. Currently I help my friends' kids with math problems and stay home with my own 3 sons.
