Learning is a lifelong process!

My very first year of teaching was at the Lehigh Valley Performing Arts High School, and I also taught for two years at Northern Lehigh High School. Currently, I am resigned and staying home, but looking to work part time. I have experience teaching grades 7-12 and working with all types of students. The classes I've taught range from Honors English to a class which targeted students struggling to gain proficiency in English related PSSA skills.

A Little Bit About Me...

I am patient and encouraging. I have a talent for identifying how people learn. It is important to know what works with people in order to dail into the proper approach. Some people can read and immediately understand. Others need the repetition of hands-on experience. Some need memory tricks like "Mickey Mouse" for spelling "accoMModate" or "seize the weird sheik at your Leisure" for remembering exceptions to the "i-before-e" rule. I am a 2001 graduate of Churchman's Business School where I earned an Associates Degree in Accounting and Finance; In 2003 I graduated from Alvernia College where i earned A Bachelor of Business Degree; I have also finished 12 of the 36 credits needed to obtain an MBA in Corporate Finance at Alvernia College. I have over ten years of Accounting experience, and currently hold the position of President at a small electronics manufacturing company.
