A Little Bit About Me...

As a high school student, I attended Tiffin University to gain college experience and credit earlier than expected. After graduating from Clyde High school, I went on to Ohio State Mansfield, where I majored in psychology and special education. I am currently a full time student at Ashford University online. I am studying to become an advocate for special needs persons and children. I have been tutoring students professtionally for the past year. I specialize in reading and math. I have experience with k-12. I am also comfortable with special needs and developmental disabilities.
My teaching style is basic. I feel it is most important for a student to grasp the basics before they can move on to more complicated subject material. Graduated from wright state university in 1993 with a bachelors of science degree in mechanical engineering. I have worked the past 16 years in the automotive industry mainly as a manufacturing supervisor. Also, since high school have volunteered abd served on 2 fire departments as a firefighter and emergency medical technician.
