Currently a junior at the University of Memphis, I am seeking a Bachelor's degree in English. I love to write, and have always been the dictionary for people, so my concentration is in Creative Writing. I have very high marks in all my English classes, (transcripts for which available upon request) and am currently 12,000 words into my first book. I have tutored children of many ages in the past, many of whom suffered with audio/visual difficulties such as dyslexia and other reading/comprehension difficulties. Along the way, I have been required to take multiple standardized tests in order to achieve admission into both the schools and my profession and have perfected the skills of preparing for and taking standardized tests. I have worked with friends in helping them identify their strengths and the focus of the exam in order to formulate a study plan to make the most efficient use of study time. My various degrees and hobies center around the social sciences, U.S. History, and Government. I also have assisted other students in preparing for tests.

Are you struggling with the ACT or SAT, or are you looking for a bit of a boost on your scores to gain an edge with college admissions? In that case, I believe I can help you out: I'm Katarina, a high school senior who scored both a 36 on my ACT and 2400 on my SAT in 2014. Only a handful of students in the entire nation accomplish a perfect score on both tests each year, but practicing specific strategies and keeping in mind certain tips can dramatically improve performance. As a student who recently took these tests, I understand the typical problems high school students encounter on these tests and how to resolve them.
