Although I have been self employed for the last 6 years, I went back to school last year to add Science and Math for middle school to my certification. I passed the Praxis for both of those subjects spring of 2010. I was not able to get a full time teaching position this year. I went back to working for myself but would love to tutor. These may be the so called "blocks" that may develop after negative early experiences, preconceptions about the subject, or simply lack of confidence.
