Hebrew is one of my top subjects! I went to a private Jewish Day school all throughout Elementary school. Then in tenth grade I studied at a public Israeli high school for an entire year learning Hebrew more fluently through the classroom experience as well as on a social level with every day Israelis. After high school I spent two years and three months living in Israel, two of which were spent in the Israeli Army as a social worker. I can read, write, speak and understand Hebrew fluently.
I enjoy teaching Hebrew through active learning and completely immersing my students into the Hebrew language. I first find out what the level of Hebrew is of my student, allowing me to better accommodate my student's unique needs.
I have been learning and gaining my knowledge of Hebrew all throughout my life. My passion of the language and Israeli and Jewish culture started in Elementary school where I learned Hebrew every year. From there I went to an Israeli high school in tenth grade for a year to better immerse myself into the language and culture. After I graduated high school I went straight into the Israeli Army for two years where I served as a social worker in the logistics department.
